Support don't abort this campaign.

After the fiasco at Doncaster which for some of #cribsforummassive was spolit by the ignorant few many were in want of a special gig. The Martyr City Coventry just may well be the place, not ideal in some peoples eyes but it could be.

In order to get this gig we need to make sure we get voting on the NME website, let's give the band some incentive to give us our own gig. If we can pull this off we can do anything. Get behind the campaign say you'll come, I'll do the rest.

Danke!

Coventry?

why there?
as in does it have fantastic transport links, which would be the best reason if people have to travel
and equally as important a wicked venue at a decent sized capacity which would make it worthwhile the band playing?

are places to stay cheap
are they plentiful

more importantly
do the band get a say in this :P

No. The train station is very well hidden as well.

and equally as important a wicked venue at a decent sized capacity which would make it worthwhile the band playing?

I'm awfully sorry, I wasn't impressed.

are places to stay cheap
are they plentiful

No and no.

more importantly
do the band get a say in this :P

Let's hope so!

Not to be rude or anything, but having a 'let's forget the crap Doncaster crowd - gig' in Coventry is a little weird. The second most dodgy crowd I ever had to be in was in Conventry so why there?

We all know that the answer is somewhere in the North East (Newcastle or Sunderland), since it's easier for the Scottish fans to get to, AND it's accessible from the South due to the East Coast Mainline 8)

clearly it should be in the beautiful thriving metropolis of Sunderland. Campus should be canny big enough for a decent gig.

#sendthecribstosunderland

Mind, Campus Academy (as its called now) isn't the best venue
There's always going to be another mountain/I'm always going to want to make it move/Always going to be an uphill battle/Sometimes I'm gonna have to lose/Ain't about how fast I get there/Ain't about what's waiting on the other side/It's the climb

I'd be more up for a gig in Newcastle than Coventry
I like Newcastle quite a lot and the crowd for Chiefs was wicked
the venues arent bad either, transport is good, and hotels are cheap if you book enough in advance
