Yeah vibes is rubbish only get the odd good record in there,the stock is old and it never changes.
Thank god i am just a met/bus away from Manchester.Got my name down on the list but there was like 13 people in front on the list oh well.Did get the limited edition Japandroids single for 2 pounds so all gravy.

ha i know, when i used to go to school in bury they'd look at me in there like i was crazy when I'd ask if they had this weeks releases in. Did once find the first Research LP in there for £4 though.

13 on the Picc list for the split? I'll let you know if I hear anything from them as I was pretty close to the front of the queue. When I'm not at uni I live in Prestwich, so the best of both worlds...and a Manc postcode

I got The Cribs Vinyl this morning! Wichita also threw in the Don't You Wanna Be Relevant 7". I really do love ordering from them

I got the 45 too, problem is that I already have that one, and both copies are warped, like if you have the b-side pointing up, a 1/4 of the record or so curves upward. It doesn't ruin the A-side, but Kind Words is nearly unlistenable. Does yours have that problem?

^ my DYWBR is warped as well, it doesn't affect the play quality (although I hardly ever listen to it) on mine though...

Mine is ever so slightly warped but it doesn't really effect the sound to much. I already have a copy which isn't warped and plays fine.

If anyone is still looking for a copy of the 12" then there's a shop in Glasgow (Avalanche Records - now Love Music Glasgow) which I think has one left, they do online sales through Amazon too (http://www.amazon.co.uk/shops/rocks-records-mail-order). I'm not from the shop or anything, just thought I'd stick that up incase anyone is interested. Hope that's ok forum bosses. x

I'm soo sad, played my The Cribs vinyl for the first time in ages and it keeps skipping on some tracks and i can see no scratches, dirt anything, it's like it's been cursed or something. at least i have the cd i guess
